What's on my Beta Reader Questionnaire?

It can be daunting if you're writing with the intent to publish, whether through the traditional or indie route. I know it is for me! I'm currently learning by trial and error and lots of research. I'm not a professional or expert, but it still may be beneficial for me to share my experiences with the hopes of helping other aspiring authors. 

After you've created a premise for your story and fleshed out your rough draft, it's almost time to get feedback. If your rough draft is like mine, it may have grammatical mistakes and broken sentences. Don't fret! First drafts aren't perfect but think about cleaning them up and making them legible before you send them to Beta Readers. 

As I created my questionnaire with Google Forms to send to potential beta readers, I realized that other aspiring authors may find it helpful. Feel free to use the questionnaire for inspiration to create your own.
